My journey into the Medicare world began over eight years ago, and from the moment I stepped into it, I knew it was where I belonged. Having worked both as a Captive Agent and an Independent Broker, I’ve had the privilege of guiding numerous clients in discovering Medicare plans that seamlessly fit their lifestyles, providing them with a reassuring sense of peace. Throughout my career, a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating enduring relationships has remained a cornerstone. In my role at HPM, I am dedicated to leveraging my knowledge and experience to support our partners. I specialize in assisting them in expanding their clientele, identifying new business through strategic marketing opportunities, and ensuring the satisfaction of our direct agents in their relationship with HPM. Originally from New York, I embraced a change of scenery five years ago and now call the Sunshine State home. This move not only opened new professional horizons but also allows me to enjoy the outdoors throughout the year. Key Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain relationships with HPM agents to generate contracts and sales.
• Support marketing campaigns on behalf of HPM.
• Capture new carrier contracts with new and existing HPM agents.
• Coordinate and execute recruiting campaigns to attract new agents.
• Track events, opportunities and enrollment data.
• Report details which include, but are not limited to results, leads, sales and contracts.
• Organize co-branding and marketing materials for HPM, carriers and agents.
