I joined the HPM family in June 2018 as Agent Support/Administration. I am a graduate of Valencia College and UCF specializing in Hospitality. Anything regarding events, marketing material, or the office, I am your first point of contact. I have a strong passion for serving others and getting our agents connected with the right resources and tools they need to succeed. I’m so glad you joined the team and I am honored to serve you.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, route calls and relay messages.
- Assist Principal Agent, VPs, Directors and Managers with tasks and projects requested.
- Greet and answer inquiries for the general public, customers and visitors; announce and log visitors.
- Process outgoing mail and receive deliveries.
- Assist with support for Benefit Advisors which includes communicating marketing & supply requests.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, records, and documents in a systematic and accessible manner.
