Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies for HPM
- Manage Sales Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance development.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including medical groups.
- Analyze market trends to capitalize on new opportunities and optimize existing market share.
- Execute targeted lead gen campaigns to ensure a consistent flow of prospects to Managers.
- Monitor goals for the Sales team, ensuring alignment with overall agency objectives.
- Track sales data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Organize co-branding and marketing initiatives with internal and external partners.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant insurance compliance requirements.
